Practice Group Leader
Emily is a diligent and sympathetic compensation lawyer, working for those injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, defective products and public liability accidents.
Originally hailing from Kent, England (where she also holds a law degree) she is the quintessential British lass, with a love of English humour and fish ‘n’ chips.
Emily was born to be a plaintiff personal injury lawyer. Her conscientious and systematic approach to work, combined with her kind-hearted and affable personality, means that she consistently produces excellent results, whilst maintaining a positive and caring disposition when interacting with clients.
She has acted on behalf of many people who have suffered catastrophic spinal injuries and brain injuries, including several young children. Emily recognises the impact such devastating injuries can have on the family unit as a whole, as well as the psychological damage that often go hand-in-hand with these types of injuries. Emily finds it particularly rewarding to secure her clients the compensation they need to move forward with their lives.
Emily becomes not only a fervent representative of her clients, but a friend, as she cannot help but become immersed in all facets of the lawyer-client relationship.
Emily will always go that extra mile to achieve the best possible result for her clients, and she does so in professional and congenial manner.
Incidentally, Emily is very funny person, which helps to put clients immediately at ease and, for those lucky enough to know her, makes any interaction with her an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Emily was promoted to Practice Group Leader in 2016.
