Tom Goudkamp’s intimate knowledge of personal injury law has led to him co-authoring New South Wales’ Personal Injury Law manual and presiding over several leadership positions throughout the compensation industry. Tom is not only the Managing Director of Stacks/Goudkamp but also an accredited specialist in personal injury law, the Chair Person of the NSW Law Society’s Personal Injury Advisory Committee, a CARS (Claims Assessment Resolution Service) Assessor and the former National President of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
Ian is also an accredited specialist in Dispute Resolution and conducts some commercial dispute matters.
Practice Group Leaders
Anna comes from a background of helping people who have had accidents at work. Before joining Stacks Goudkamp, Anna spent several years working for union law firm, Steve Masselos and Co. She also gained experience running Motor Vehicle claims at Allianz Insurance.
Admitted in 1993, Anna is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the NSW Law Society.
Ruth also represents victims of sexual abuse and refugees who have been mistreated whilst in mandatory immigration detention. She has both a Bachelor of Laws (Honors class 1) and a Bachelor of Communications degree.
Ruth joined Stacks Goudkamp in 2010 and now manages one of the firms five Practice Groups.
Victoria is originally from the UK where she studied English and French Law at the University of Leicester, obtaining first class honours. Dedicated to helping plaintiffs at the outset, Victoria went on to obtain a Masters of Laws at King’s College London where she specialised in individuals’ rights.
Julie has run a wide variety of medical negligence and dental negligence cases. These range from cases for babies who are catastrophically injured as a result of bad care by medical staff at the time of their birth, through to matters involving a delay in diagnosis and treatment resulting in a worse outcome, as well as injuries sustained in hospital (often due to underfunding and understaffing), and mistakes made during operative procedures.
Originally hailing from Kent, England (where she also holds a law degree) she is the quintessential British lass, with a love of English humour and fish ‘n’ chips.
Emily was born to be a plaintiff personal injury lawyer. Her conscientious and systematic approach to work, combined with her kind-hearted and affable personality, means that she consistently produces excellent results, whilst maintaining a positive and caring disposition when interacting with clients.

He has successfully represented many clients in connection with illness or injury claims both in Australia and abroad.
He has won compensation for individuals involved in a wide range of accidents, including road traffic accidents, cruise ship accidents, boating and sporting accidents, violent assaults, and injuries suffered at work.
Growing up in France, Cali obtained her French Law Degree, and a Masters in European and International Law, coming first in her University. She went on to work for the European Police Office (EUROPOL, in The Hague, Netherlands) and the European Court of Justice (Luxembourg) before moving to Australia in 2008.
Ryan is a passionate personal injury lawyer and was determined to become a lawyer from a young age. After studying law at the University of Wollongong, Ryan came to Sydney to launch his legal career. Ryan was admitted as a solicitor and joined Stacks Goudkamp in early 2014.
Iain joined Stacks Goudkamp in June 2016 in Julie Mahony’s practice group where he is working on a variety of medical negligence claims.
Iain completed his BA at the University of Sydney, before completing a graduate law degree at University of Technology, Sydney, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2007.
For Stacks/Goudkamp Sue handles Motor Vehicle Claims, Civil Liability Claims, Work Injury Damages Claims when litigation has been commenced, and some Medical Negligence Claims.
Erick attained a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws double degree from Western Sydney University (formerly University of Western Sydney) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
Laura joined Stacks Goudkamp as a lawyer in August 2015, after being admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Prior to working at Stacks Goudkamp, Laura gained nearly three years experience as a Legal Research Assistant to two Sydney barristers in general practice at Jack Shand Chambers. At the same time Laura completed a double degree in Law and Commerce at Macquarie University, where she achieved First Class Honours in Law.
Sian-Louise completed a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws in 2013 at the University of Tasmania in Hobart, before commencing employment with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. There, she gained valuable experience in Australian immigration law to assist foreign clients with their visa applications.
Vladana holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney. She completed her Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice at the beginning of 2016 and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2016.
