Stacks Goudkamp

Erick handles a variety of plaintiff compensation claims in areas including motor vehicle accident claims, public liability claims, medical negligence claims, and workers compensation claims.

Erick attained a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws double degree from Western Sydney University (formerly University of Western Sydney) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University.

While undertaking his studies, Erick worked for a community legal centre which gave him experience in dealing with clients from different backgrounds. This experience was invaluable in developing Erick’s approach as a lawyer who always deals with each of his clients with empathy and respect.

In his last year of university, Erick participated in a university competition the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition which saw him travel with his teammates to Canberra to compete against different teams from law schools all across Australia. This experience contributed to Erick’s keen awareness and ability as an advocate for his clients who always strives to achieve the best possible outcome on their behalf.

Prior to joining Stacks Goudkamp in September 2015, Erick worked for another personal injury law firm and also undertook an internship with the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (formerly the Motor Accidents Authority). Erick’s experience in these previous roles developed his keen interest in compensation matters and particularly motor vehicle accident claims.

Erick is also a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.

Outside of work, Erick enjoys spending time with family and friends, and participating in outdoor activities such as going to the beach, fishing, hiking, and traveling.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
