Tom is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law with over 40 years of experience acting for seriously injuries accident victims.
Tom has successful acted for literally thousands of seriously injured accident victims, particularly for clients injured in car accidents who have suﬀered catastrophic spinal and brian injuries.
In the course of acting for many foreign tourists who have been injured whilst visiting Australia, Tom travelled to many countries including England, The Republic of Ireland, The Netherlands, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, New Zealand, The USA, The Caribbean, India, The Republic of Korea and Japan. Tom has also acted for many interstate travellers to New South Wales.
Some of Tom’s achievements include being the long- standing Chair Person of the NSW Law Society Specialist Accreditation Committee, a CARS (Claims Assessment Resolution Service) assessor and the former National President of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
Tom, with Andrew Morrison SC, co-authors The Personal Injury Law Manual of NSW.
Over the years Tom has also done signifcant pro bono work for asylum seekers and the victims of the Maralinga atomic explosions.
