As we slowly repair and get our lives together, we are in awe with where Sam has taken our case to. Due to her resilience, diligence and knowledge she has gotten us to the stage we are today – and though we still have a number of stages to get through, for the first time in years our matters have started to settle and our hope is getting clearer.
My husband and I would like to express and recognise that Sam has been amazing, supportive, a lending hand and an empathetic ear. We understand that the work that Sam does is difficult, chaotic, testing, and reactive though she still manages to be responsive and attentive to our questions and needs. It’s very hard to come across people like Sam and we just want to ensure that this is heard at the highest level of management within Stacks Goudkamp. I am in tears writing this as we are forever appreciative for the help she has given us to date. We look forward to continue working with her.
A special mention to Ryan Brown, who has been there from day 1 – he was there when we first came to Stacks Goudkamp and though we were not scheduled to meet him on the first day (the legal rep was unwell), we thank our lucky stars that he was there that day and he kindly offered to still proceed with meeting us. He sat there for hours, listening to everything my husband wanted to say. My husband felt so comfortable with him, that he released all his pain for Ryan to capture. Ryan assisted and encouraged him to have his hurt released. Though Ryan does not directly manage our case we feel he has also been looking out for us like a guardian Angel.
As earlier stated, though our case is not finished and we still have a few matters to get through, my husband, myself and my family are thankful to both Sam and Ryan for where we have gotten to so far.
