3 of my 4 children were involved in a motor vehicle accident – they were caught in the middle of a NSW Police highway patrol chase and were knocked into a telegraph pole at 80km/h by the car being pursued (who continued driving). We were advised to seek legal help and we signed up with other lawyers. As this procedure was quite foreign to me, I was unaware of what standard protocol was and what I should have expected. Unfortunately, my son walked away with only 20% of his claim, whilst the other lawyers (not Stacks Goudkamp) kept the other 80%. With all the time and heartache that we went through, it was a disappointing result to say the least.
We did not sign off my daughter with them. She sustained the worst injuries and will suffer with them for the rest of her life. With the medications and financial assistance she will now require forever, we didn’t feel the measly 20% of any claim was enough..
Luckily, through word of mouth, we were Tom Goudkamp was highly recommended to us.
