Cassandra Dien

Cassandra is a personal injury lawyer who specialises in Workers Compensation, Work
Injury Damages, Superannuation claims for Income Protection and Total and Permanent
Disablement. Cassandra was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South
Wales in 2021.

Since 2017, she has assisted senior lawyers and partners in achieving the best possible
legal outcomes for injured workers in various fields including Public Liability, Comcare claims
in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Motor Vehicle Accidents that involve the new CTP
scheme (post 1 December 2017).

Cassandra’s perseverance and passion enables her to assist clients in achieving successful

In her spare time, Cassandra loves spending quality time with her family and friends,
venturing off on road trips, exploring natural landscapes in summer including mountains,
beaches and snowboarding in winter seasons.
