Person injury specialists at Stacks Goudkamp are representing the family of Hamid Khazaei who died from septicemia after a cut he sustained in Manus Island detention centre became infected. Stacks Goudkamp are investigating a negligence claim against the Commonwealth Government. Practice Group Leader Ruth Hudson who is leading the case was interviewed by Elizabeth Jackson of ABC’s FM.
During her interview, Ruth identified three critical stages in the medical treatment of Mr Khazaei when making different medical decisions could have potentially been life saving.
