The Royal Commission into institutional responses to child sexual abuse was supposed to be a turning point for survivors, but today, it appears that some institutions are employing tactics to shut down survivors before they can even have the opportunity to be heard. The apologies by institutions for the colossal failure of culture that led to the colossal failure of leadership seems to have been short lived.
