For almost 2 years after an inattentive driver ploughed into our stationary vehicle my mother’s and my life revolved around pain, appointments and trying to negotiate the complex NSW CTP insurance scheme.
Tragically Mum has since passed away as a result of her injuries but thanks to Karina, her care was covered by Lifetime Care.
