They enjoyed the opportunity to hear from two amazing wheelchair rugby athletes Ryley Batt OAM and Andy Edmondson OAM and junior wheelies Ahmad and Ava with their respective families as well WSNSW patron, Louise Sauvage OAM.

Professor James Goudkamp to receive major award from the University of Wollongong

James Goudkamp, Oxford Professor of Law and a member of the London Bar is a member of the Stacks Goudkamp Advisory Board. It is of course a privilege and honour to have someone with James’ credentials as an advisor to the firm. On 11 October James will be presented with a major award of achievement from the University of Wollongong.

Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Conference 2018

Stacks Goudkamp’s Special Counsel, Belinda Cassidy presented a paper entitled “Tribunals and Tribulations” at the Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Conference last Friday. The conference was held at the wonderful International Conference Centre at Darling Harbour and other speakers included former Deputy State Coroner Hugh Dillon, Andrew Morrison SC, Andrew Stone SC, David Hirsch, Richard Royle SC, Tim Concannon and Jnana Gumbert.

Ute driver collides with trail bike rider – Their rights to compensation

In the news last week was a tragic story from Adelaide about a man in his 70s who was killed when the car he was working on rolled forward and crushed him.
