Managing Director, Tom Goudkamp OAM, announced two recent promotions of a new Practice Group Leader, Alexander Morrison and a new Associate, Samantha De Freitas.
Alex joined Stacks Goudkamp in 2009. Alex has successfully run a variety of motor vehicle accident, public liability, fund management applications and judicial review cases in both the NSW District and Supreme Courts. He has won compensation for individuals involved in a wide range of accidents, including road traffic accidents, cruise ship accidents, boating and sporting accidents, violent assaults, and injuries suffered at work.
Samantha joined the Stacks Goudkamp team on 5 December 2011 following the completion of her high school studies. Samantha started as a junior, but quickly showed her potential, and became a junior admin, senior admin and then a paralegal. Samantha was admitted as a solicitor in June 2018.
Samantha is part of Anna Taviantos‘ Practice Group and has experience in a number of fields, including Workers Compensation, Work Injury Damages, Public Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Medical Negligence, Income Protection and Total and Permanent Disablement claims.
