Alex is a Practice Group Leader at Stacks Goudkamp.
He has extensive experience in personal injury claims having successfully represented many clients in connection with illness or injury in Australia and abroad for more than 10 years.
He has won compensation for individuals involved in a wide range of accidents, including road traffic accidents, cruise ship accidents, boating and sporting accidents, violent assaults, and injuries suffered at work.
Alex’s practice area has a particular focus on complex disputes involving negligence and injury causation.
Alex joined Stacks Goudkamp in 2009. He spent two years working in London for the UK regulatory body the Nursing & Midwifery Council drafting and advising on Fitness to Practice hearings, before returning to Stacks Goudkamp in 2013 to resume his personal injury practice.
Alex was made an Associate in 2016 and Senior Associate in 2018. In 2019 he was made a Practice Group Leader.
He has experience in the field of financial management applications. This includes the making and rescinding of financial management orders and the transferring of estates between financial managers.
