Samantha De Freitas

Samantha joined the Stacks Goudkamp team on 5 December 2011. Samantha started as a junior, but quickly showed her potential, and became a junior admin, senior admin, and then a paralegal. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018 and was promoted to the position of Associate in 2019.

Having had the opportunity to work in different capacities during the course of her employment with Stacks Goudkamp, Samantha has gained invaluable knowledge and experience in a number of fields, including Workers Compensation, Work Injury Damages, Public Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Medical Negligence, Income Protection and Total and Permanent Disablement claims.

Samantha’s determination and persistence helps in achieving the very best results for her clients and their families.

Her clients often describe her as friendly, approachable, empathetic and easy to communicate with.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys going to beach and snow skiing, spending time with family and friends and going to the gym.
