Our team operates across three offices located in Sydney, Liverpool and Newcastle.

Tom Goudkamp’s intimate knowledge of personal injury law has led to him co-authoring New South Wales’ Personal Injury Law manual and presiding over several leadership positions throughout the compensation industry. Following his leadership, our team of personal injury lawyers have successfully assisted a wide range of people, helping them to get their lives back on course.

Tom has been involved in many land mark cases, including a number of cases which have gone all the way to the Australian High Court eg the famous, ground breaking medical negligence case of Rogers v Whitaker.
Tom has acted for numerous clients who, sadly, have been injured in accidents whilst visiting Australia from overseas. These cases have taken Tom to many countries to prepare and then successfully finalise claims. (England, Scotland, The Republic of Ireland, The Netherlands, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, New Zealand, The USA, The Caribbean, India, The Republic of Korea and Japan).
Tom has also acted for travellers to NSW from all Australia States and Territories.
Prior to commencing with Stacks in 1993, she worked in a Canberra law firm. A knowledgeable and respected medical negligence solicitor, Julie is a member of the NSW Law Society and a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury.
Julie has run a wide variety of medical and dental negligence cases. These range from cases for babies who are catastrophically injured as a result of bad care by medical staff at the time of their birth, through to matters involving a delay in diagnosis and treatment resulting in a worse outcome, as well as injuries sustained in hospital (often due to underfunding and understaffing), and mistakes made during operative procedures.
Anna comes from a background of helping people who have had accidents at work. Before joining Stacks Goudkamp, Anna spent several years working for union law firm, Steve Masselos and Co. She also gained experience running Motor Vehicle claims at Allianz Insurance.
Admitted in 1993, Anna is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the NSW Law Society.
Karina handles a wide variety of personal injury compensation claims including motor vehicle, travel, public liability and superannuation as well as some commercial work of varying types. She is compassionate, dedicated, resourceful, energetic and confident with a strong commitment to her clients.
He has extensive experience in personal injury claims having successfully represented many clients in connection with illness or injury both in Australia and abroad for more than 10 years.
He has won compensation for individuals involved in a wide range of accidents, including road traffic accidents, cruise ship accidents, boating and sporting accidents, violent assaults, and injuries suffered at work.
David has been employed by Stacks Goudkamp for over 15 years. He has primarily worked in the firm’s accounting department where he acquired a deep understanding of the fiscal aspects of the practice.
David is acutely aware that it is critical to maintain Stacks Goudkamp’s fine reputation as a leader in personal injury law and to ensure that all the firm’s lawyers and support staff treat clients with compassion, respect and understanding.
Mark’s extensive practice experience in the above areas of law spans over 14 years and he was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2006. He holds an unrestricted practicing certificate, is a member of the Law Society of NSW and was registered on the High Court of Australia rolls in 2008.
Growing up in France, Cali obtained her French Law Degree, and a Masters in European and International Law, coming first in her University. She went on to work for the European Police Office (EUROPOL, in The Hague, Netherlands) and the European Court of Justice (Luxembourg) before moving to Australia in 2008.
Prior to joining Stacks Goudkamp, Mark worked as a Paralegal in a general practice law firm for 3 years where he gained broad experience in a number of areas of the law.
A critical thinker he approaches each case from the point of view of the individual, this allows Alexander to excel with clients of all backgrounds.
Prior to starting with Stack Goudkamp, Alexander has had a number of years working within the Personal Injury Industry having run his own practice of CTP Motor Vehicle Accident, General Negligence, Contented Wills, and International Negligence cases.
He is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury, a member of a number of Law Society Committees such as the Injury Compensation Committee, the Accredited Specialist Advisory Committee and the President of the Law Society’s Commercial Arbitration panel.
Con is a Local Court Arbitrator and a former District Court Arbitrator. He is a past President of the City of Sydney Law Society and a current member of the Supreme Court Users Group chaired by the Chief Judge at Common Law. Con is also a Notary Public.
Sue handles Motor Vehicle Claims, Civil Liability Claims, Work Injury Damages Claims when litigation has been commenced, and some Medical Negligence Claims.
Rita initially joined Stacks Goudkamp in 2008 as a paralegal before her admission as a solicitor in 2009.
In 2011 she transitioned into legal publishing and joined LexisNexis. She worked there for 6 years gaining valuable commercial and management experience through legal editing, product development and strategy roles.
Megan joined Stacks Goudkamp in August 2015 as a paralegal where she gained experience assisting Alexander and Tom Goudkamp on a variety of matters prior to her admission including public liability claims, motor vehicle accident claims, sexual abuse claims, travel law claims and Australian Consumer Law claims.
